
When most people think of the LA Auto Show, images of dazzling concept cars and new model debuts are usually what come to mind. But the LA Auto Show is so much more. In addition to amazing displays from all the major vehicle manufacturers, the LA Auto Show is a place to discover and purchase almost anything you can think of associated with cars, trucks, vans and SUVs.

Tuners & Performance – The quest to add performance, comfort or style has even reached dealerships and manufacturers. Galpin Auto Sports is a pioneer in this activity, and has been customizing vehicles for new car buyers since the 1960’s. RTW Motoring will also have a display of customized European cars. In addition, Platinum Motorsports and Specialty Car Craft will be on hand to address any of your styling needs.

Wheels, Tires & Suspension – One of the first things people notice about any vehicle are the wheels especially here in Southern California. Stock just won’t cut it anymore, and wheel manufacturers and suppliers like Wheel Warehouse and Vossen Wheels will be on hand to show you all the latest styles and sizes for cars, trucks and SUVs. Of course a set of wheels won’t do you much good without tires to match, and show sponsor Yokohama Tire will have an assortment of the round and black rubber on display in their West Hall lobby exhibit.

DUB Celebrity Car Showcase – Fans of the celebrity lifestyle will be excited to see the DUB Magazine Celebrity Car Showcase. This amazing exhibit will feature tricked-out vehicles from some of the hottest music and sports celebrities around.

Electronics & Technology – Mobile electronics technology has taken the automotive world by storm these past few years. The experts from Al & Ed’s Autosound will be on site with several of their tricked out demo vehicles featuring the cutting edge in mobile entertainment. Stop by the Sony exhibit and see the latest car audio equipment. And don’t forget Reus Systems will be displaying their state of the art systems as well.

Appearance – Performance may be on the minds of some, but its appearance that gets you noticed on the streets and in the valet lots of LA. Be sure to spend some time in Kentia Hall to get the scoop on the latest ways to make your car stand out from the crowd. Madness Autoworks offers a wide variety of Fiat and Smart Car parts and accessories.

CarDomain Contest Winners – Stop by the CarDomain exhibit and check out the top 10 rides that represent the awesomeness of automobiles. Entries were open to vehicle owners anywhere in the United States. Car enthusiasts submitted photos of their imports, domestics, classics, lowriders and trucks to be one of the lucky 10 featured throughout the duration of the show.

Motorsports – For racing enthusiasts, there is no shortage of exhibitors in Kentia Hall to whet your appetite for the race season. Toyota Grand Prix of Long Beach will be on display with information about upcoming events. If taking the wheel is more your speed, be sure to visit Allen Berg Racing Schools and K1 Speed exhibits to learn more about their programs.
